**Class Terms and Conditions**

1. **Enrolment**: All participants must complete a registration form prior to attending the dance class. Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. **Age Restrictions**: Participants must meet the age requirements specified set out for each class. Any questions please ask class teacher.

3. **Payment**: Payment for classes must be made in full at the time of registration.

4. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**: 

   - We do not offer refunds on classes - Any special circumstances will be made at Sunshine Studios discretion.

5. **Class Changes**: Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

6. **Health and Safety**: Participants must ensure they are medically fit to partake in physical activities. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or concerns. Should this change throughout term you must make us aware.

7. **Conduct**: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the instructor. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund.

8. **Photography/Video Policy**: We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. Participants who wish to opt out should notify the instructor at time of booking.

9. **Privacy Policy**: Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

By enrolling in our children's classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
